For first-time clients: The Fundamentals of Nutrition that will be taught in these sessions will cover: macronutrients, micronutrients, the three pillars of nutrition, and intuitive eating. With one-on-one help you will learn how to build a balanced meal and how to menu plan for the week.
For returning clients: This 1 hour session is great for additional help. If you have any questions or need more assistance this 1 hour session will give you more time with one-on-one help.
